Attire

Please wear clean socks and comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.  Please do not be offended by the next request.  If you wear loose shorts or pants, please wear underwear. Last, you do not need shoes.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your lesson inside of 48 hours, you will be charged for a "late cancel"(the price of a lesson).  You will have two emergency, no charge, "late cancels" per year.  We would rather teach than charge you for a late cancel. So, if you must late cancel but you know someone that you can give your lesson to, you may transfer your lesson. (For the same date and time of your lesson) (Semi-Privates may only be transferred to those who are semi approved)  Also, If you can come in at a different time on the same day and the studio has an opening, you may move your lesson.

Late Arrivals

Lessons and mat classes will start on time.  If you are late, your time cannot be made up.

Privates

Your lesson is reserved for 15 minutes after the hour.  If you know you will be late, please call and your instructor will wait for you.  If a call is not made and it is 15 after the hour, you will lose your lesson and be charged the price of your lesson.  So, please call if you think you will be late.

Semi-Privates

Semi-Privates will begin on time.  If you are late, you may join in.  If you think you will be late, please call.  If no one shows by 15 after the hour and no one has called, all will lose lesson and be charged the price of the lesson.

Mat Classes

If no one shows up for mat by 15 after the hour, class will be cancelled.  So, if you plan on coming to a mat class and know you will be late, call and class will not be cancelled.

Refunds

No Refunds.  If you find you are unsatisfied with your experience at the studio, we will try our best to accommodate you.  You may transfer your package to someone else.
